Pros
Smart people, most people are kind, everyone trying to do their best amid difficulties and shifting expectations/burnout due to recent layoffs and the nature of the industry. Remote workplace with an understanding that people need flexibility day-to-day to deal with family issues, etc.
Cons
You have to be really comfortable with ambiguity. Very hard to ever obtain clear guidance about goals/your role (which is subject to change in a moment, without explanation as to why). Also, burnout is common, as the workload and pressure gets heavy around the holidays in the shopping part of the business. The company is large and often disorganized, with nobody sure who owns what. Also, while there is day-to-day flexibility, the "unlimited" time off doesn't mean much, when you get hounded and contacted any time you try to take off more than a day.
