Great people to work alongside. Pay is fairly decent. Good benefits. Company activities. Volunteerism encouraged.

Cons

No 401(k) match at all. Management does not always share what's going on with the company. A lot of disorder at the top -- people let go after being there for a short period of time.

Zift also offers great opportunities for you and your teammates to volunteer and give back to the community.

No 401k match. We are currently in two offices, but that will be changing soon.
