Pros

Zift consistently leads the market against the competition in 3rd party analyst reports (Forrester Research) Leadership rewards innovation, creative problem-solving, and a "get stuff done" attitude. As others have said the benefits are good, time off is very flexible. Leadership is also pro work from home, even in the long term if desired.

Cons

Zift's product serves a very complex market, because of that the learning curve can be steep for some, and there is not always an answer to the problem you're trying to solve. Everyone is aware of the complexity, so knowledgeable people and leadership are always happy and willing to help/step in when asked. To be successful here, you need to be the type of person who will learn, ask questions, and eventually find/create the answers.

Great cross functional teams, entrepreneurial culture, challenging rewarding work, strong leadership team

Cons

It's not easy, you need to work hard and lead. There are very strong leaders and you need to match the pace. These are not negatives, if you're cut from this fabric, you'll be successful and happy.
