Pros

I liked the benefits. Theirs are a bit better than other mortgage companies due to their origins with tech.

Cons

Not too many cons with the actual company. My cons lie with the industry as a whole. All lenders end up being the same.

Pros

They offer free sodas and snacks for employees. They are also a very inclusive company overall. They hire a diverse group of wonderful people.

Cons

Over the last year they have become more focused on numbers and less focused on employees. I understand that numbers equal money, but without happy employees the numbers won’t matter.
