      Pros

      Work from home. Decent pay, however, Zillow will do everything possible to steal earn wages from you while increasing quotas and paying less quarter after quarter.

      Cons

      Zillow Rentals is the definition of toxicity positivity. Leadership quotes core values while ignoring them in practice. While Zillow Rentals may seem like a great place to work, most of the staff is unhappy and feels beaten down. Leadership is known for protecting each other, going as far to cover up reports of sexist behavior and actively push out anyone who speaks out about unethical behavior.

      Good compensation, benefits and ability to work remote.

      Cons

      Inexperienced and immature managers who lack accountability and tend to have everyone running in circles. Teams don’t work together and end up being territorial and operate in silos. Toxic environment, deception between teams due to manager power trips, bad behavior runs rampant

      There’s nothing positive I have to say about Zillow.

      Cons

      Employees are treated as if they’re disposable & the whole “Zillow Cares” theme has no substance. Meaning the core values that are portrayed on the surface, aren’t the ones they represent. The interview process is poorly designed and crammed into a small window of time and don’t provide enough time for potential candidates to ask any questions.
