Cons

Watching women - especially Black women, be treated so poorly by L team on down, was emotionally taxing even for white men. When it’s bad enough that white men notice, feel bad, and want to discuss it, that’s when you know it is a pervasive problem. Salary is low for a company of this size. Leadership doesn’t have a vision or if they do they don’t tell anyone. Still seems unbelievable that they lost so much money and failed so bad with Zillow Offers. Do The Right Thing is a company motto but they aren’t super interested in that in a post-Zillow Offers world
