      Great culture, OK pay

      Pros

      Great culture and ways to engage with other employees in various ways. They have solid core values that are practiced in meetings, workflows and how people operate. Also provide opportunities for moving up in the company.

      Cons

      Pay wasn't great as this position did not have opportunity for commission, scripts and workflows weren't created by people who made sales calls, had to work at least one weekend day regularly and many holidays.
