Pros

Getting to work from home is a huge perk these days. Gym reimbursement and home office monthly stipend. You will work with amazing people who are all in the top of their fields.

Cons

Start-up mentality with lean teams and a lot of quick turns.

It’s great to hear that flexibility, benefits, and the people you work with have made such a positive impact for you. Cloud HQ was built to support that kind of experience, giving teams the freedom to work remotely while staying connected and collaborative. We also recognize that moving quickly with lean teams can shape how work feels day to day, and your perspective helps keep that balance top of mind. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Pros

Fast paced and extremely fun work culture. Zillow is an amazing company to work for. It is very rewarding helping agents grow their businesses. Making a real impact on real estate agents lives is such a treat. Zillow does not sit still and is constantly innovating. Makes it an exciting company to work for.

Cons

The pay could be a tad higher, not horrible though.

Pros

Remote work, benefits are decent.

Cons

The company is very unorganized, the training was basically nonexistent, no ramp after training, was thrown into my first quarter with no ramp, not even having access to the proper tools to do my job, inherited book of business that was underperforming before I received it, so was set up for failure, didn’t gain access to proper tools until the end of the month, they don’t care, if you don’t hit your goals, that they set you up not to hit, you’ll get put on PIP. Nothing about this place is worth it, the base pay is severely below market average, and you’re lucky to receive any commission. Stay away from the sales roles, high turnover and they move your book of business frequently. Management and senior management take no accountability.
