Not a great experience

Pros

Remote and some added benefits such as gym reimbursement and monthly WFH reimbursement

Cons

-Micromanagement is bad -Mandatory minimum Mets more important than sales -Quotas are set higher than most of the floor can hit so commission payouts are lower (more house deals) -Half days still require a full days work -Not a lot of support -Revolving door -Only really for sales people that don’t have a lot of experience or don’t have a life outside of work -Zillow as a whole is great and there are a lot of departments worth working in but PA is toxic

Pros

The multifamily and single family rental Ops and support team is new-ish (about a 10 year old business unit) so they really listen and take in what employees have to say about workflow and SOPS. All remote Paid travel to Seattle HQ twice a year Good Pay Responsive and supportive management at every level Stock options Tons of potential growth

Cons

Truly, only one VERY MINOR thing; the internal employee swag store clothing items are crazy expensive. Other wise, no serious cons. I enjoyed every day of work I had at Zillow
