Thanks for the feedback and I'm glad the vision, growth, and opportunities were a high point for you. You're right that PAC hours of operations cover a large operating window, so we can best serve both the consumer and pro side of our marketplace. That said, work/life balance is crucial to a highly productive organization, so we're looking at optimizing our team ratios, shift coverage, and how our management team is structure in early 2017, to help ensure we continue to do right by all sides.
