Pros

Zillow Group's company culture is through the roof, EVERYONE is welcome here - that is if you have what it takes! Do you have drive, determination, a positive attitude and a willingness to help others succeed? Pair that with a decent resume and a set of fantastic inverview skills and well, if you get the job you've struck gold. There are not many places you can work and be yourself 100% of the time while marking $100k (Sales positon) -I have bright red hair and tattoos, but that hasn't stopped me from receiving the best coaching, mentorship and guidance I have ever been given. If you want to work in a place where you will be handed the tools to be incredibly successful on a platter, this is it - but remember, only you can make the choice to use them (These are tools, they don't just magically fix things themselves). Within 6 months of working here I was promoted, and to be quite honest they're going to have to drag me out of this place some day - Zillow Group is a family, and one that welcomes with open arms. If you have been contemplating applying here, you should have put your resume in 6 months ago - CHOP CHOP, space is limited! Oh, and to add to the above, here is a killer list of FANTASTIC Zillow Group things you'll get! -Free Food -AMAZING benefits (Medical, dental, vision, PET) -WORK LIFE BALANCE -FREE public transportation -Team building activities (Fun with a capital F) -Did I mention WORK LIFE BALANCE? -Free Gym Membership (Got to work off that free froyo & candy wall goodies) -Company parties (They're nothing short of phenomenal) -Best teammates you can ever imagine (Myself included) -Waking up every day thankful that you work at a place like Zillow Group, and KNOWING that it doesn't get any better than this.

Cons

$5 a day to park my sweet scooter.

Pros

amazing, smart people who are dedicated to delivering superior service, working together to meet borrower's needs - never worked anywhere with so many highly engaged people. culture is very casual, flexible, and fun. it's great to be part of a company that is focused on growth as well as provides a service which helps people achieve/realize financial goals/dreams, etc.

Cons

the company is growing fast (this is good) but it means growing pains - with growth comes change, which can be hard, and also creates the need for more processes, structure, etc. The business leaders understand this and are addressing issues as they arise but it does require confidence in leadership and patience. any way you look at it, growing pains are better than shrinking pains.
