      Pros

      Really relaxed work environment with unlimited earning potential. Management is very helpful and always accessible for questions and guidance. If you're looking for a flexible schedule, great work environment, and a chance to make a great amount of money MLOA is a great place. If you ever need anything the HR department is top notch and will bend over backwards for you!

      Cons

      If you're not a motivated, self starter this probably isn't the place for you.

      Lots of overtime, no time for your family, they expect you to work all the time for no money

      Benefits, snacks, ping pong, office view, pay at the beginning, however declined the longer you work there.

      Cons

      Obnoxious loud work environment. You are expected to produce at a high level, however you are punished and ridiculed for staying late.
