      Pros

      Atmosphere is terrific, pretty laid back, flexible scheduling, and there is terrific earnings potential. The HR department is fantastic and has been really helpful for new LO's in succeeding.

      Cons

      Not a job for someone with poor time management or lack of motivation.

      Pros

      Really relaxed work environment with unlimited earning potential. Management is very helpful and always accessible for questions and guidance. If you're looking for a flexible schedule, great work environment, and a chance to make a great amount of money MLOA is a great place. If you ever need anything the HR department is top notch and will bend over backwards for you!

      Cons

      If you're not a motivated, self starter this probably isn't the place for you.

      Great leadership but lacks community across departments

      Pros

      Little politics (every one has a voice), great benefits, unlimited vacation, leadership that puts employee feedback into action, company events, nice people.

      Cons

      Teams can be clique-y, especially in prod development. Though there are culture events, there's a lack of a global community across departments. Moving across teams or career advancement wasn't easy. Some teams didn't seem to have a culture of celebrating wins.
