Pros

At Zillow, a Sales Executive can thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment, where they’d have the opportunity to shape the future of real estate technology while working alongside a team of passionate, driven professionals. With competitive compensation, ongoing development opportunities, and the chance to make a real impact in a rapidly evolving industry, Zillow empowers its Sales Executives to succeed and grow in their careers.

Cons

I was only kept 5 months before being laid off even though I was being successful in my role.

Pros

- Good benefits - Opportunities for career advancement if you drink the kool-aid and hit sales goals - Remote work flexibility

Cons

- Relentless toxic positivity from manager level and higher - sales pros must pretend to be happy and pretend everything is amazing, or they will be targeted and forced out - Sales goals are high and often unsustainable - if sales pros miss goal 2 times in a row, they will be fired - Leadership pushes sales pros to take time off to meet their "work-life balance" goals, then sales pros struggle to hit goals and have to stress about getting fired - The cycle continues - sales pros are all miserable but stuck behind a facade of happiness and fun (see note on toxic positivity)
