Cons

Not a lot of cons. There are some stressful times, but that's the nature of software development. Does a great job at making sure it's not too stressful.

- Great company culture, every employee feels valued and included in all aspects! - A very down-to-earth CEO, who makes it a point to take time out to send wishes on work anniversary, congratulate on achieving deliverables, etc. #greatleadership - Individual career development is taken very seriously -Great work-life balance -Amazing benefits

Cons

Not very many cons, at least not in my first year of employment and I am hoping it would not be any different going forward too!
