Zimmer Biomet will work you into the ground and then still request more of your time. Driver usually work 10 - 12+ hours a day. You are also expected to be on-call once a month from Monday to Sunday. That means you get to work your weekend away, work overnight and early AM. You get to work 12 days straight with no break. They very rarely give raises or promotions. This company would rather hire a new person at a lower rate then to keep an employee and actually pay them. Work-life balance is non-existent. You will ultimately spend most of your time at work.
You get 15 day PTO and sick time combined. You can request for time off but if you get paid for those days is another question.
This company cares about profit over people. They make billions a year in profit but "doesn't have the money" to treat their employees well.
