      Pros

      Flex Time - can make up time if needed to go to appointments during business hours. Able to work from home when needed for sickness, deliveries, etc. Pay is decent, benefits decent but increase cost every year.

      Cons

      Not very friendly. Culture is not very inviting or accepting. Advancement not based on results but favortism. Overall feeling of defeat within company due to very poor leadership.

      Gender Discrimination

      Pros

      -This place is shutting down.

      Cons

      -One of the worst places I have ever worked. I could have sued my boss for gender discrimination. I even brought up my mistreatment to HR with no repercussions. The amt of stress I endured caused preeclampsia (high blood pressure) while I was pregnant. - I was doing the job of TWO while being paid for ONE. I checked w HR and my job descriptions were for two different positions in combination of each other without compensation.

      Zimmer Biomet takes allegations of discrimination very seriously. Claims of this sort are investigated thoroughly with appropriate remedies put in place, even though they may not always be transparent.

      Pros

      Zimmer Biomet employees have a great opportunity to grow within the organization. The team members are all hard working and have a patient first mentality. Very fair compensation and benefits packages. Overall a great company to work for.

      Cons

      Each division of Zimmer Biomet is different, the culture, opportunities and leadership. Knowledgeable and strong leadership is lacking in the dental division. During the merger promotions and opportunities were offered to several team members lacking leadership experience or put in roles with zero experience or education. Poor vision leads to chaos and unmotivated team members.
