      Great industry, but declining culture

      Great industry, pay and benefits, passionate colleagues

      Cons

      Culture changing quickly to no empowerment, do as I say and don't ask questions. Collaboration between departments is deteriorating, as they fight for recognition in a culture of beware of your job. Too much uncertainty about direction.

      Great products and technology that make a difference in patients lives.

      Cons

      Combining the culture of Zimmer and Biomet into one company was like mixing oil and water. Instead of the best of both, they seemed to lose their commitment to quality.

      This is a TELEMARKETING call center!!!

      Commission is ok if you can hit your number.

      Cons

      This is an HOURLY position NOT salary. They lie to you and say it’s salary. Too much micromangement. No overtime. Too many calls to make. The territories are not fair. You could have 3 territories and your commission is the same as someone with 1 territory and a smaller quota but you do 3 times the work.
