The benefits are top notch, heath 401K(with company match) dental and vacation, until they move you to a distributor then you lose out on those great benefits.

Cons

Consistent back orders, hampering Operations from accomplishing their daily job and the constant reduction of and limiting of product lines most used in a specific location to the point there is animosity between sales and operations.

Feel like it’s a dying industry, company doesn’t pay what it should for business brought in. Too many restrictions for sales in hospitals and too many higher ups in the company

I worked hard for 4 years through this company and the minute I made a single mistake, they let me go. Nevermind the fact that there was others in the same department that had made the same mistake or worse with no repercussions.
