Zimmer is sadly a very poor paying employer. Significantly underpays employee's compared to both it's direct competitors as well as current standard. In fact it actually pays its employee's wages that don't even put them into middle class, it puts them at them just barely over the poverty line. They don't care though and insist on ridiculous 3% raises which do nothing to help with the rising costs of living. If you try to say anything though you get told nothing can be done and they blame you indicating you specifically are to blame.
