      Location - Colorado is gorgeous

      Cons

      Management can’t stick to one objective and a clear path forward . Extremely disorganized and people are being promoted to positions they are in no way qualified for. No accountability and employees are forced to do meaningless tasks due to managers inexperience and lack of direction

      Pros

      Benefits are great, including the food service.

      Cons

      Outdated tools and bad management. I must say I can't speak for the entire company, as this is my opinion from having worked in one department. I have met some really great people.

      Not a sales oriented company

      Pros

      Large Orthopedic company Large product portfolio Research and Data evidence to support product Hard working reps Orthopedics is a fun business to be in, with a lot of rewarding days. Feeling of satisfaction when you are a part of tough revision surgeries and seeing good patient outcomes.

      Cons

      ZB is concerned with the bottom line and how lean they can run so that their stock looks good. Which is obviously something that any big publicly traded company needs to worry about. However what they forget is the lives of the people working for them and the doctors and patients who are effected by backorders and "voluntarily recalls". ZB doesn't listen to the field, and doesn't keep the best interest of their employees and distributors in mind.
