      Pros

      Hard working crew that gets no credit for doing a great job.

      Cons

      Management takes all the credit, and hands out plenty of blame. Morale very very low.

      Pros

      Room for growth and good benefits package.

      Cons

      Not enough pay for expected amount of work and projects that gets put on your desk. Every other person was pretty much doing a 2 to 3 person job. A lot of departments were short staffed and company morale was low.

      Pros

      Create working environment (within IT anyway). Management has an open door policy and is pretty accepting of most ideas.

      Cons

      Communication is somewhat lacking. Outdated policies and procedures. There isn't a lot of waterfall leadership (ideas come from the bottom up, which doesn't often work).
