      My experience with Zimmer has been mediocre. For the medical device industry, I think they are a solid company.

      Pros

      Well known company with great benefits. Most of the indirect distributors have now been taken over by corporate, cutting commissions significantly. Great products that I believe in.

      Cons

      Corporate takes forever to do anything. In the industry in general as a medical device rep, work-life balance can be very poor, this is not inclusive to Zimmer. A lot of inventory issues going on right now.

      Rampant nepotism, incredibly unprofessional work environment, terrible benefits, disorganized and inefficient processes that they refuse to change, no policies or procedures, lawsuits waiting to happen (sexual harassment, hr violations, etc.),
