      Pros

      The money and benefits are good. They have to be to attract anyone with talent outside northern Indiana. Even with that they have a hard time keeping people, especially if you are from "outside."

      Cons

      Very petty. Not caring for their employees. Lack of humanness. Significant turnover rate of people who only stay a year or due and then get feed up.

      Pros

      Salary matches it's market value. This is how they try to compensate high turnover for the last couple of years.

      Cons

      The place is a showcase of all elements working together to achieve failure. Failure seems to be the ONLY defined goal. They have HUGE FDA compliance issues. Managers lack basic skills like delegating, resource allocation and task assignment. Hostile and tense environment. Lack of communication and motivation.
