      I was very satisfied until the new reorganization. It no longer seems to be about one surgeon, one patient.

      Pros

      There are still some very talented and good people in leadership roles at Biomet. The benefits are outstanding and depending who you report to, most are all about family.

      Cons

      Since the newest reorganization took place, it doesn't feel like a team anymore. Distributors are calling us for answers, nothing seems stable, and it is being felt by our reps across the country. It's every man out for himself.

      to much outsourcing , HR is disconnected with employees needs no loyalty to long term employees. upper management over compensated , to many layers of management
