Toxic culture disguised as teamwork

Some talented advisors and support staff who genuinely care about clients.

Cons

Management prioritizes their own image and success above everyone else’s. Collaboration is more of a slogan than a practice, advisors are often undermined instead of supported. The leadership style relies on control, fear, and favoritism rather than developing people. When employees leave, leadership often tries to damage their reputation with clients and colleagues to cover their own shortcomings. Morale across the wealth management floor is extremely low, and turnover among top performers speaks for itself.

Amazing Company Focusing on Internal and Local Talent

Pros

One thing I have loved about working at Zions Bancorporation is their commitment to hire from within and bring people up. Additionally they focus on learning and often say that learning is part of the job. It is very common for managers to allow you time on your schedule to learn new skills or focus on learning your new job rather than just jumping into the fire.

Cons

There has been a RTO for all Utah employees but their campus is absolutely beautiful. So this may be a con for some but I personally enjoyed my time at their campus.
