Creative, Collaborative, and Flexible Environment

Pros

Management is heavily invested in the success of the company as a whole and the development of individual employees. Coworkers are very collaborative and willing to jump in and help each other. Schedules are flexible within reason. I would be happy to recommend a job here to any of my friends!

Cons

You probably won't be happy here if you don't enjoy problem solving. If you prefer your job to be routine and predictable, this is probably not the right fit for you. The first couple of weeks on the job can be overwhelming because there are so many parts of the business to learn, but people are willing to help you!

Other employees, free lunches every now and then

HR is horrible with keeping up to date with employees, only cares about what's in the company's best interest rather than making sure the employees are taken care of.
