The Company have a great culture (family oriented), great pay and a great career path. During the pandemic, no one was let go. the company maintained all employees as full time employees.

Pros

-Several new products released with proven data to support customer ROI. -New business model and pricing is making it much easier and faster to get deals done. -New management team and compensation plan - New customer self service portals enables the customers to have real time control - 2022 business outlook is probably the best it's ever been for the company

Cons

-The new products and pricing has generated more sales than operations was ready for. - Hiring for new positions is slow due to market conditions - Past tech and hardware had issues, which requires market education how things have changed - Compensation was a con, but has recently improved. Benefits are ok. market norm.
