Nothing. I met some nice people that worked there but all the good ones eventually leave.

Cons

Lack of strategy, focus and execution. Leadership does not listen to feedback and has no accountability. Too many communication challenges to mention. High turnover. Not a place for high performers!

The Company have a great culture (family oriented), great pay and a great career path. During the pandemic, no one was let go. the company maintained all employees as full time employees.
