Business Outlook
Pros
- A really interesting technology stack (hardware to software). There's a lot to choose from. - Work is mostly fun and interesting - I made some really good friends here and mostly enjoyed the team I was on.
Cons
- They can't hold onto a CEO. Probably because the way the business is run is a disaster. - Certain executives are incredibly toxic and poisonous for the company. I firmly believe these individuals single-handedly destroy the company. - Development teams are not empowered. Company refuses to change their process to make things run smoother. - The company frequently has employee surveys but ignores the data each and every single time. Lots of lip service but no action. - Compensation is not competitive.
