Pros

There are a few reasons why I like working here. You will see lots of opportunities for growth within teams, and the opportunities to tackle new and exciting work are always available—it's a great place to learn, grow and try new things hand-in-hand. If you're looking for a place where you can push yourself and grow your skills, this is a good place to be. The work environment here has improved significantly during my time here. You can sense the motivation and excitement from all the new blood that has joined the team. As part of the design team, I am happy to see that everyone is consistently working on improving the product, by conducting user testing, attending design conferences, and agent/broker training sessions to learn more about user needs. This research enables design to better understand how user behavior influences our decision making. Culture is great here. Chill and fun colleagues surround you, CEO is very cheery, and he recognizes everyone’s hard work and always tells us how much he appreciates what we have done for Ziprealty and that we’ve helped to make a big impact on providing innovations for the real estate world.

Cons

It’s important to receive critical feedback to evolve our products from great to better; I wish the feedback channel within the product team could be better. We need more creative gems to join our team. Salary could be better. If you were a high company performer, you'd appreciate a more competitive salary. Hourly-based employees as myself would feel more appreciated for their hard work if they were shown rewards.
