Decent commute, and reasonable pto allotment

Cons

Leadership is corrupt, especially in the engineering and construction dept. All senior leadership was previously connected at CenturyLink-Lumen, and brought their cronyism to Ziply. They dangle small bonuses, and phantom shares to select management employees.

Love the people and the company as a whole.

Cons

They operate like that are still a startup, processes and tools are really out of date, they have a hard time paying commissions and made it very confusing for sales reps.
