You will not be valued. The company’s goal is to look valuable to be sold to new owners. When you work hard all week, you will be told it’s not enough and you need to do more. If you try to leave on good terms, you will be turned off immediately and not given the opportunity to pass duties or have any goodbyes. Managers in operations have very short fuse and are very unprofessional. Every meeting you will hear plenty of f bombs and every other swear word in the book. Plenty of trash talk from the manager about other employees will be said to. The pay is the lowest on the scale for the job title too.
