      Pros

      Ziply Fiber has been a great place to work. My manager and other leadership show great support for my position and what I do. I am given the opportunities to push forward on new ideas, help update or change current processes, and always feel heard. The flexibility in my work and where I can work is a great benefit as well. I am hoping to have a very long career with Ziply Fiber.

      Excellent Pay Understanding Team (Management) Benefits

      Cons

      Of course it is my job to sell, but being the top rep, helping extra with teammates, doing ride alongs with team, and hitting 150%-200% of quota... I should be able to take a week long vacation to visit family. I have the PTO, team is fully staffed and trained, it should all work out. Wrong! Managers get a cut of everyones commission, doesn't care that you need a vacay, they just want their pockets filled.
