      Pros

      Overall the company and it's leadership are very laid back and casual. Keeping things simple and understandable is a value at this company. The company continues to build on current benefits and offer more to it's employee's. Flexibility to work from home full-time during COVID, post COVID to be determined.

      Cons

      Benefit's are lacking, including healthcare deductions and offerings. The company is so busy expanding it's fiber build and customer facing focus, it has little time to focus on internal operations and processes. Some of the leadership team operate on out-of-date processes and tech. They seem uninterested in changing their ways. Zero career ladders or continued development plans.
