Pros

Lots of opportunities for growth. Possible to start in tech support and move up to engineering if you take on enough extra work. Amazing mentors and peers.

Cons

Some growth opportunities did not feel optional. Pay was well below other companies for the same position. If you moved up within the company it was hard to get pay that matched new roles and responsibilities. There was a lot of restructuring and all of it was with no notice.
