I had a very flexible schedule and a supportive manager who worked around daycare drop offs and appointments. Also, I worked closely with many managers throughout the company, all were friendly and supportive to myself and the HR team. It’s a great group of people!

Cons

Young and growing company, things move fast and you have to be able to shift focus quickly. Pay can be lower than average for some departments, however, this is an area of focus and improvement for the company and they are aware.
