Pros

The team is very supportive and will help you out with any questions you may have.

Cons

Customers are still under the impression that we're still frontier, and won't work with our system until we assure them we're not them.

Love the Company

Pros

Currently working remote, and love it. The company is still working out kinks from taking over Frontier, but overall I love getting up and going to work every day. Growing pains are a newer companies norm, but they overcome them very quickly. Happy with my company and my career.

Cons

Frontier takeover has been rough.

Love the culture

Pros

I've worked at places like Amazon and Microsoft. The culture here is so collaborative and inclusive. When things go wrong - and sometimes they do - our leadership is not trying find fault or find someone to blame. They are looking constantly how to make things better for our customers and our employees.

Cons

It is a frugal environment - like a start up. The company is not spending a lot on things that don't matter to customers but they may matter to employees. If you work well in that environment and understand that mode... it won't bother you a bit.
