Pros
I've worked here for a few years and I think it's a great place to work. There's a lot of great people who work here who are extremely innovative and intelligent. I also find this is a great place to do multiple things. Most employees are rarely pigeonholed into a single function like some corporations. This allows employees to work in a wide range of challenges and experiences. Everyone is very friendly. The company is also growing rapidly so there is a lot of room for growth and expansion.
Cons
A pro can also be a con, the fact that the company is growing so rapidly (purchased recently by Zodiac Aerospace) means that the environment has become someone less personal due to an increase in the number of employees.
