Zoetis is the biggest fish in the animal health pond. The culture within most groups is positive and high performing. There is a strategic push for innovation in almost every area of the company. From a career progression and development standpoint, there is ample opportunity to learn and grow within the organization. Real commitment to improving animal health.

Cons

Teams are running lean and individuals cover many different areas rather than being laser focused - leads to palpable fatigue and stress within the organization. Innovation is focused on product and service development versus development of new ways of engaging customers. Customers are limited to veterinarians.
