Good company, not a lot of advancement options

Flex time, average salary, possibility to work from home one day per week, parking, great lunch at reduced price (sometimes with barbecue!)

Cons

Reorganization in human resources, not great possibilities of advancement, high turnover, too few resources for important projects or tasks, not many activities organized

Cons

Company is focussing on short term and preparing itself to be acquired. Executives have a 2 year horizon with huge incentives and acting as such. Very centralized , top down management style from HQ Not a place for long term Career building
