95% of Leadership is Toxic, have zero competitive knowledge, Hostile work environment as they make employees compete against each on the same assignment, unclear targets to meet, reoccurring lies, leadership has favorites, doesn’t allow time to build book of business even though your informed they do during interview process, no support for employees, HR make untruthful statements, you can’t speak up if you do they’ll fire you, The company fires people with inaccurate reasons covering the fact the company is doing mass layoffs, and this is to just name a few.
