Pros

Good place to start your career and learn. Weekends off and holidays. Not much micro management, freedom to make decisions.

Cons

Culture is lacking moral due to poor pay and terrible commissions structure. Upper Management out of touch with employees. Overall revenue and margin increase year to year but pay doesn't reflect this change.

The partner fairs are fun, the people you work with(most) are great, the Starbucks across the street and shopping area is convenient

Cons

The cons outweigh the pros. This a poor excuse of a "tech" company. Start ups take better care of their employees. PPM is all washed up retail people with no sales skills, the core director hires dumb girls with big jugs, management constantly talks about leaving zones, cloud teams are a joke. They are okay with knowing they pay their employees poverty wages. Ha. Do not come here. OEM's think Zones sales practices are terrible. Cause they are.

As soon as someone gets a great idea they heard from the competition, they want to revamp their whole business model. It's changed twice since I've started. Focus on one thing and do that correct instead of trying to be everything to everybody when you don't have the resources or manpower. High turnover because management isn't sure what they want to do or where to go. once you look at the credentials of the upper management Calling all Best Buy and Comp USA managers home.
