Pros

Excellent health insurance if you're single with no dependents. Experience with multiple systems, great teammates, traveling and non msp.

Cons

Constistent managment turnover. 6 managers in a span of 2 years in my case. Fighted tooth and nail for promised raises. Last minute on call expectations. Expectations to work multiple roles outside of your described scope of work (be lvl 1 help desk as well as dispach at a moments notice to fix issues on site). Main focus is growth in pakastan but not in the US where the company started.
