-Good place to start your tech career -The leadership I am under is good -Gave me the opportunity to be creative in my role.

Cons

-Ok benefits -Pay needs to be reevaluated based on inflation and cost to live in western Washington. -No room for move up or move laterally in the company. You will have to leave to get a pay increase or a promotion.
