Nice Technicians in the lab

pressure to finish orders on time is crazy and unrealistic. We only have one manager that seems decent and he is new to the company. the project coordinator acts as if she is our boss, she has made people cry. we have no one to complain to about the coordinator because she is always with the other manager going on smoke breaks together. who do you trust?

Some of the people, that's about it.

Cons

Upper management and most sales managers. There are only a few worth anything and they are gearing up to leave. The pay is the lowest in the tech industry. Account Executives at best will make 40k with commission. Which is about 5-10k less than a base salary at a competitor... but they won't let you work for a competitor which is BS.

Pros

Some good people to work with. Decent work-life balance depending on what you do and who your manager is. High amount of training opportunities on vendor products.

Cons

It is chaos. Folks that have worked here for many years say, "if you don't like something, just wait six months and it will change". And that's a big problem. There is little to no consistency. Compensation seems to be consistently below industry standards. Communication is done by rumor. You will never be told "there is a new process for X" you will hear it from a coworker who heard it from someone else. So most of the time different people will be using different processes or versions of a process.
