      No opportunity/promotion as it was only given to their favorite's. No matter how hard you worked or deserved, you never get recognized. Management was biased and didn't care for employees. There were no employee development plan or IJP. There is high risk as the job is not secure and low reward due to increments were reduced in the recent years. Better join other company than regret.
