They will hire anyone. Free food Stable hours

Cons

Internal IT Technology is way obsolete to justify trying to convince others to purchase new, top of the line items. Management is absolutely horrific. They are more interested in saving their own behinds than in helping build a real team. You are doomed to fail if you are an independent or critical thinker. They want fleshy robots, not humans. No chance at financial success Boiler room type attitudes among management Illegal and Unethical practices regarding whistleblowing and their reactions thereof.

If you have 10 years of time to invest and can "survive" on what you will be paid, you have a chance to do some big salary numbers.

Cons

Zero direction. No feeling that you belong to a team out in the field.

This company was struggling up until leadership went through an overhaul. The effects of those changes have been tangible and immediate. The company feels fresh and there is a sense of optimism from the bottom to the top. Zones has been making a sincere effort to treat employees well while growing profits. This company is moving in the right direction.

Cons

In the past, compensation has been less than competitive. As the company evolves however this is changing.
