      Have you ever heard IT engineer doing target job? Here they will force you to achieve the target no matter what. And make you feel embarrassed during the meetings on daily basis if target not achieved. and coming to leave policy. If you want to take one day leave, you have to inform one and half months before. can you believe? and you will lose bonus if you take sick leave more than twice in a month . too much pressure in a team. I suggest you not to join if you have good skills and experience. if you think you can manage or if you are a beginner you can join
