If you are not a white American male or if you don't have good relations with "certain" people, you may not last long or you may suffer. They also gaslight you when you try to speak up, and the HR is completely indifferent to any hardships you may suffer from because of the company.

Permanant WFH. Uses all the latest tools. Fast responses/actions from higher management on any issues. Offices are available in most of top cities. Eg, HO Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore etc..

Cons

Rotational Shift. There are no office events or get togethers.
